Machinery:- Top of the line in House stitching unit with Single Needle 300 Machines, special machines for fagoting, pin tucking, Multi needle Smocking, blind stitch, picoting etc, backed by complete washing and dry cleaning Plant with Vacuum Steam pressing system and Manual embroidery machine (50) as well as computerized embroidery Machine (9×18 heads, 2×12 heads,4×15 heads, 1×6 heads and 1×4 heads) capable of doing Chain stitch (Ari), Cording, plain stitch Multi color embroidery and Multi Sequin.
Production capacity:- On an average we have a capacity of manufacturing about 1500 garments per day of Engineered Garments & 3500 Cushions per day. The figure may vary depending on the kind of style.
Specialization & Strength:- Our main strength is for Computer embroidery and Manual Embroideries, along with Hand work, different fabric Manipulation techniques & Special product washes. Our Product Development department is very much in tune with The latest trends and technique what has always been our Main Focus to strengthen our Business.
